LHS Toolkit Link (BETA)

Learning Health Systems (LHSs) represent multi-stakeholder and trans-disciplinary collaborative efforts grounded in shared dedication to continuous improvement as a result of every experience. In this spirit, the LHS Toolkit empowers communities realizing LHSs to continuously “learn how to learn better” together. This toolkit represents an ongoing collaboration of a global community of LHSs leaders. LHSs around the world may use these tools, provide feedback on these tools, request assistance with these, collaboratively enhance these tools, and add more tools.
